Credit card information is required for reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Reservations booked with an invalid credit card or address will be canceled without notice.
Cancellations, excluding graduation reservation period, must be made at least 14 days before arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for 50% of the reservation total. There will be no refunds for shortened stays and no show.
For graduation reservation in May and June, your account will be charged at time of booking. Cancellations for graduation reservation must be made at least 60 days before check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellation made within 60 days of check-in date, the guest is responsible for the reservation total, unless the room can be re-booked.
Check-in is after 2:30 p.m. checkout is 11 a.m. We reserve the right to change or modify the room type on check-in under necessary circumstances (i.e. providing a lower floor room to elderly). For special arrangements, please contact us.
Minimum stay is required and different room rate may apply to special events such as University Graduations, Boston Marathon, Regatta and Fourth of July.
There is no front desk or elevator on site and some of the rooms require flights of stairs.
Children over 10 years old are welcome.
