Rates (USD)

From $130 to $155 depending on the season. 

Orchard Room (Queen) per night:  $130 (Nov. 1 thru Mar. 31);  $145 (Apr. 1 thru Oct. 31)

Bowers Room (King) per night:  $140 (Nov. 1 thru Mar. 31);  $155 (Apr. 1 thru Oct 31)

Rates include free parking and continental breakfast. 

Credit card information is required for reservation.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit.  A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied.  For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for 50% of the reservation total, unless the room can be re-booked.  For cancellations within 48 hours, guests are responsible for the full booking amount. There will be no refunds for shortened stays and no show.

Check-in is after 2:30 p.m.; checkout is 11 a.m. For special arrangements, please contact us.

Minimum stay may be required for long holiday weekends and special events such as University Graduations, Marathon, Regatta and Fourth of July.

Children over 10 years old are welcome.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
